Organisers will be able to provide an official event name, poster, category, schedule, venue and organiser identity so guests can recognise the correct listing.

A partnership can support clear updates when dates, access details or venue arrangements change. Important information should remain consistent with the organiser’s official ticketing and communication channels.

Drookin’s event-led approach is designed to connect the event with useful destination context and, after launch, relevant nearby accommodation.

The organiser remains responsible for event delivery, ticketing, entry conditions, attendee communication and the accuracy of information supplied to Drookin.

Self-service event submission and organiser accounts are not open yet. Verification requirements, publishing standards and commercial terms will be available before onboarding begins.
